Now let me tell you a bit about myself. I’m a 15 year old who, in the fitness world, has been through more crap than I’d like you to imagine. My relationship with food for the first 14 years has been flawed to say the least, as I have spent years either obsessing over food or craving it.
After losing over 60 pounds at age 14, I felt like my life was back in order, but I slowly became obsessed with my food intake, and soon enough I was anorexic.
