My Story on How I Built Muscle

Now I used to be quite skinny. At 6 feet tall and 125 pounds I was underweight and medically needed to gain weight. And I started slow.

At first, I just tried to eat more. Whether it was drinking milk or eating an extra serving of food, I was constantly trying to eat more.

Next part of the process was to lift. I hopped on the PPL program via reddit and began to lift hard. My lifts shot up, as my bench skyrocketed 50 pounds in 3 months, while my squat abs deadlift increased 100 pounds over the same timeframe.

After lifting hard for 3 months, this is how my progress looked.
